Here are some of the Tarot & Oracle decks I have enjoyed working with over the years. There is such a wide range of decks these days that it can be hard to choose, so I thought I'd give you a little headstart by recommending some!

A.E. Waite
This deck is a recoloured version of the original Rider-Waite deck. I love working with this deck because the colours are really vibrant, and the images give very clear messages for readings. There are 78 cards, as with the traditional Tarot, yet the deck itself feels more modern and has an aliveness to it. The cards themselves are a nice size too.
Aleister Crowley
This is a hugely popular deck that has become a kind of 'cult classic' in the world of Tarot. The card images, painted by Lady Frieda Harris, are filled with symbolism and are really interesting to read. The cards definitely offer a great deal of insight and wisdom. If you are interested in symbology and the more esoteric nature of Tarot, you will enjoy working with this deck.
Chris-Anne
This deck offers a contemporary twist to the traditional Tarot. The artwork is incredible and really draws you in. The meanings and symbolism of the Tarot have been honoured, and yet the deck has a more 'modern' feel to it. Chris-Anne has really created a very magical deck and it's easy to see why it's so popular. I enjoy working with these cards, as they are beautiful, very relatable, and easy to gain intuitive messages from.

This deck is based on traditional Tarot but comes from a Zen Buddhist perspective, which is refreshing. I have found these cards very enlightening to work with and would definitely recommend them those of you who resonate with Zen philosophy. This deck is geared towards present moment awareness, and the descriptions and images are very clear, which makes it great for self-reflection. There's also an extra card: ' Master', which adds another layer to the deck.

This is one of the decks I go to when I want to read very deeply for myself. It is a very powerful deck, and the artwork is some of the most beautiful I've seen. The descriptions are very insightful and bring a wealth of information on Shamanic traditions. This deck is a real help with any kind of inner work, and also comes in a beautiful presentation box. I was really impressed when I received it.

I have really enjoyed using this deck over the years, and find that it brings clear messages very quickly. The imagery is really beautiful, and the descriptions offer great insights. It has a Native American, shamanic feel to it, and contains beautiful messages from nature and the ancestors.
The Wisdom of Avalon Oracle Cards
Colette Baron-Reid
The main reason I love working with this deck is that it is connected to the legends of King Arthur and Camelot. If you feel connected to the energy of Avalon, this would be a great deck to work with. There's a real mythic feel to it, and I enjoy working with the archetypes, as well as the 'marker' cards, which help to show the way forward.
The Psychic Tarot
John Holland

One of my favourite decks to work with for client readings and videos. This is both a Tarot and Oracle deck, which makes it different from many other decks. I love the addition of the chakra cards, and the artwork is really vibrant and makes the meanings easy to understand. John Holland brings numerology and colour therapy into play too. Great for beginners and 'experts' alike.
The Psychic Tarot For The Heart

This is the 'sister' deck to The Psychic Tarot. This deck is focused more towards matters of the heart, which makes it really great for love readings. As with The Psychic Tarot, the artwork is vibrant and eye-catching and conveys the messages well. The information on numerology and colours is very helpful. Again, ideal for beginners and people further along their Tarot path.
The Druid Plant Oracle

This deck works with medicinal and sacred plants from the Druidic tradition, and the artwork by Will Worthington is absolutely beautiful. I have worked with these cards for years and find them to be quite a soothing, yet powerful deck to connect with. The information provided for each plant is really useful.

Another beautiful deck with stunning artwork by Will Worthington. If you love working with animal guides and feel drawn to the Celtic tradition, this deck will likely appeal to you. The cards are full of symbology, and the guidebook has lots of useful information and provides very insightful descriptions. I sometimes these cards with the Druid Plant Oracle.
The Camelot Oracle

I have loved working with this deck over the years. It really brings a sense of adventure. There's a storytelling and almost 'game-like' quality to it, allowing you to pick a champion, a challenger and a path. This can lead to great insights. Choose this deck if you love the legends of King Arthur and Camelot. The artwork is amazing and it comes with a map!
Sacred Paths Cards
Jamie Sams
A beautiful, Native American deck from a fantastic author. I have worked with this deck for over twenty years and always find it to be very accurate. Both the stories behind and the meaning of each card are beautifully written. If you feel a connection to Native American culture, or would just like to learn more, I would highly recommend this deck.

Another beautiful and insightful deck from Jamie Sams. I have worked with these cards for almost as long as the Sacred Path Cards. A vast amount of information is provided in the guide book. If you feel to work with animal guides and have an interest in Native American lore, this is a great deck to connect with.

This Tarot deck puts a different spin on the traditional Tarot meanings. This is definitely a good deck for those interested in Greek Mythology. The guidebook provides lots of information on the myths represented, as well as the divinatory meanings. This has been a popular deck for many years and now has a newer, revised, edition.
